Date 2, 3, 4: The Dentist

So, I have been on a few dates now with someone who I nicknamed “the dentist.” He’s great looking—the tall dark and handsome type—and has a great resume… but I have yet to see anything outside of his “credentials” that’s worth investing into.
So far he’s been very gentlemanly and sort-of old fashioned… which can be seen as boring sometimes, but so far it has been endearing. He’s a local as well... then went to college in Dallas and is right now doing graduate school… in Dallas.
I don’t know how I feel about that because I have kind-of lived a lot for my age. Meaning, in life years I am much older than I actually am. I have lived in three states, lived in another country for a while and I am just now back in Dallas, my hometown, for work.
Someone who hasn’t traveled much, stayed close to home for schooling and is now forming his/her own life in the same town is… well... they can be seen as closed minded, uncultured or even inexperienced. I’m not saying this is the case for everyone, but it certainly can be the case for some people if they have not been able to spread their wings due to mommy and daddy’s influences.
The dentist, however, has told me much about his travels… and education. I’m just going to be a skeptic for now. It’s only date three tomorrow, so I’m allowed to be, right?
By the way, how long should a guy wait before he makes a move? Date one? Date three?  We will have to wait and see, I guess.
